Our Mission


In order to create change, we must create opportunities.

We want to create a valuable toolbox of resources that will equip these young kings and queens to become contributing citizens in today’s society.

Each one brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization. 

Dennis
Beale

Dennis is originally from the south side of Chicago, IL. He was raised in a single parent household, by his mother. Sports brought him TO college, his drive, ambition and mentors got him THROUGH college. Dennis has a special passion for helping and changing the lives of others through his work.

Aaron
Abram

Aaron is an Attorney, serving the Eau Claire community (practicing Family & Criminal Law). Aaron has worked with youth and families in communities throughout Minnesota, Ohio, Georgia and now, Wisconsin. He loves mentorship work and investing in the community, as it allows him to pass on everything his mentors did for him to others, while also allowing him to provide specialized support to the youth that he wished he had received at their age. Aaron says “Never forget, excellence is a lifestyle, not a destination. Keep grinding.” We are so fortunate to have Aaron and his expertise as a part of our program!

Isaiah
Watkins

Isaiah is a recent graduate from UWEC, he majored in Criminal Justice. He continues to persue a career in law enforcement. Isaiah is currently working as a Special Education Assistant at Eau Claire North High School. He is a well seasoned mentor in the Eau Claire community, as he’s mentored for the past 7 years. He really has a passion and enjoys helping to guide youth on their path to success.

Dr. Stacey
Jackson

Dr. Jackson is currently the Assistant Professor of Psychology and Counselor. Dr. Jackson has devoted her career to the mental health and well-being of African Americans. She has a passion for training culturally competent clinicians and creating educational environments that are safe and supportive spaces for students of color. Dr. Jackson is a former division 1 college athlete and when she is not busy at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, watching sports, singing, dancing, and traveling.

Wille
McCalebb

Willie is currently a Special Ed Assistant in the Eau Claire Area School District at Northstar Middle School. He’s also a Sports Performance Trainer at the Eau Claire Sport Warehouse. So he has experience with the Eau Claire community and working as a mentor. Willie is a very positive and passionate person, who believes in hard work and dedication. He believes in inspiring and positively impacting the lives of others.
